The project team will communicate and consult with relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis throughout the life of the project. The consultation timeline will in many ways mirror the NSW approvals timeline that has specific consultation requirements at different stages in the environmental assessment process. |

Members of the public will have a number of opportunities to provide their views on the project. When the concept plan environmental assessment is submitted to the NSW Department of Planning in early 2008, it will be placed on public exhibition for 30 days and submissions from the public invited. A similar process will occur once the project environmental assessment has been submitted.
